We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn or unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain categories of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), customised products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (e.g. cosmetics).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you as to whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
